Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in customer success needs & in managing day-to-day customer interactions.
- Providing timely support and solutions to customer queries.
- Helping with onboarding customers and ensuring they are fully supported during the initial stages.
- Contributing to customer retention strategies by maintaining regular check-ins and follow-ups.
- Assist clients on any technical issues and act as a mediator between the client and the tech-team
- Perform meetings with clients for onboarding experience
- Required to perform and follow-up quality calls to ensure smooth usability and customer experience.

Job Qualifications:
- A Holder of a bachelor degree from Management Information System, Business Admin., Computer Science (Non-tech) or any other related field
- 1 to 2 years max of experience in the software industry is a must
- Client and Technology Oriented
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent English Written and Spoken
- Excellent Excel skills
- Preferably owns a car
