Role Description

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth customer journey from approval to product delivery. The role focuses on continuous follow-up with customers, sales, and operations teams, providing timely updates, and using the CRM system to track progress and accelerate completion of the process while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers to obtain required approvals and confirmations.
  • Coordinate and manage product delivery to customers in line with approved timelines.
  • Provide customers with regular updates regarding approval status and upcoming process steps.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and fast issue resolution.
  • Closely follow up with internal teams to accelerate approvals, delivery, and overall process completion.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records, approvals, and status updates using the CRM system.
  • Monitor each customer case from initiation to completion to ensure service excellence.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and proactively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and manage priorities effectively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
