Job Description

At Cloudjet, we deliver advanced hosting, security, and cloud solutions for businesses. Were looking for a Customer Success Specialist with both excellent communication skills and a solid technical foundation to help our customers get the most from our services.

What Youll Do:

  • Be the main point of contact for customers
  • Guide clients in using our cloud, hosting, and security products
  • Provide clear explanations of technical concepts in customer-friendly language
  • Troubleshoot issues related to domains, hosting, servers, and web services
  • Work with our technical team to resolve complex problems
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
  • Technical foundation required:
  • Basics of cloud services and hosting
  • Understanding of domains and DNS
  • Knowledge of Apache or other web servers
  • Familiarity with HTTP protocols and web concepts
  • Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or account management is a plus
