At Cloudjet, we deliver advanced hosting, security, and cloud solutions for businesses. Were looking for a Customer Success Specialist with both excellent communication skills and a solid technical foundation to help our customers get the most from our services.
What Youll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for customers
- Guide clients in using our cloud, hosting, and security products
- Provide clear explanations of technical concepts in customer-friendly language
- Troubleshoot issues related to domains, hosting, servers, and web services
- Work with our technical team to resolve complex problems
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathy and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
- Technical foundation required:
- Basics of cloud services and hosting
- Understanding of domains and DNS
- Knowledge of Apache or other web servers
- Familiarity with HTTP protocols and web concepts
- Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or account management is a plus
