We are seeking a highly organized and service-orientedCustomer Support Admin Specialistto join our remote team. This role combines customer service responsibilities with administrative support functions to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, responsive, and comfortable managing both client communication and backend administrative tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Manage customer accounts, update records, and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
Process orders, returns, refunds, and service requests
Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and follow-ups
Support internal teams by preparing reports and tracking customer-related data
Monitor shared inboxes and route inquiries to appropriate departments
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of experience in customer support, administrative support, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace
Preferred:
Previous remote work experience
