Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent with 2–5 years of experience in the software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships, while also providing ongoing customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and digital channels
  • Present and sell the company's software solutions services to potential clients
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively

Customer Support Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients after closing deals
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, tech) to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor client satisfaction and work on retention and upselling opportunities
  • Provide basic troubleshooting or guidance related to services/products

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in software industry)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • V.good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to handle both sales and customer support responsibilities
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
