Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm El Maadi and focuses on ensuring excellent customer service and support. As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle client inquiries, provide effective resolutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication. You will act as a vital link between customers and the company, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries and address concerns effectively.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction to consistently deliver positive experiences.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to engage with customers and convey clear information.
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and solve problems under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English at a B1+ level (or higher).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment is a plus.
