Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm El Maadi and focuses on ensuring excellent customer service and support. As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle client inquiries, provide effective resolutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication. You will act as a vital link between customers and the company, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
