Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Customer Support Specialist (CFD). The role involves providing prompt and professional customer support, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to client concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing customer feedback, and providing tailored solutions to enhance the client experience.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective client communication and relationship building
• Technical Support expertise, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and implement improvement strategies
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline, or relevant practical experience
