Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, provide resolutions to issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries via phone or email, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively and provide an outstanding service experience.
