This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include assisting with technical support, analyzing client feedback to improve service, and collaborating with the internal team to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
