Role Description

As a French Technical Support Specialist at TP, you will provide excellent technical assistance to customers by addressing their inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical problems, resolving customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries and maintain a high level of client experience
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and understanding technical matters
  • Fluency in French, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage tasks independently
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in customer-facing environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
