Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist for Voice and Chat, located in El Abasia El Qeblia. The Customer Support Specialist will handle inquiries and concerns from customers, provide support via voice and chat channels, and ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include assisting customers with technical support needs, offering accurate solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and delivering an excellent service experience.

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships
  • Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting client issues effectively
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for understanding customer needs and resolving concerns
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support environment is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is desirable
