We are currently representing a key client in the UAE seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Project Manager to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead complex security initiatives across multiple stakeholders, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and in strict alignment with both business and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Leadership: Lead diverse cybersecurity projects, including SOC, GRC, VAPT, cloud security, and compliance tooling implementation.
- Strategic Planning: Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and critical milestones.
- Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and third parties.
- Risk & Governance: Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation of risks.
- Compliance Alignment: Ensure all project deliverables align with global frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
- Quality Assurance: Manage project documentation and governance to ensure formal sign-off and high-quality acceptance of all deliverables.
- Operational Support: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning while driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Track Record as a Project Manager specifically focused on cybersecurity or IT security projects.
- Technical Literacy: A strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and security operations.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical topics into clear business language.
- Methodology: Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong risk management abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are considered a strong advantage.
