For one of our clients we are on the lookout for a Cyber Security Senior Manager to spearhead their cybersecurity and information security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the execution of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.
- Work closely with IT and business executives to ensure seamless integration of security measures throughout the organization.
- Define and monitor departmental objectives and KPIs while ensuring effective execution of annual plans.
- Oversee departmental budget, lead staff development efforts, and manage resources efficiently.
- Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, architecture, and risk management processes.
- Perform routine cybersecurity evaluations, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
- Manage incident responses, forensic investigations, and root cause analyses.
- Ensure adherence to national and international cybersecurity regulations.
- Develop and sustain awareness initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and report on cybersecurity KPIs/KRIs, while tracking related action plans.
- Review vendor contracts for cybersecurity adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years in IT security, particularly within financial services or banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
