Cybersecurity Director

We're Hiring: Cybersecurity Director

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Director to lead our security portfolio, drive revenue growth, and shape the strategic roadmap of our cybersecurity business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals & market needs

Define portfolio roadmap (services, solutions, products)

Own the business unit P&L, forecasting, pricing, and cost structure

Stay updated on regulations, trends, and emerging threats

2. Sales & Revenue Ownership

Achieve annual cybersecurity revenue and profit targets

Support sales team in pre-sales, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and strategic accounts

Build go-to-market plans and partnerships (OEMs, MSSPs, etc.)

3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor for C-level customers

Translate technical risks into business language

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Represent the company in government, regulatory, and industry engagements

4. Technical & Delivery Oversight

Oversee design, implementation, and ongoing operation of cybersecurity solutions

Ensure compliance with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, SAMA, DGA, etc.

Lead security assessments, governance programs, SOC, incident response, and managed services

Define architecture and solution standards

5. Team Management & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity teams (presales, operations, consulting, SOC, red team, etc.)

Recruit top talent and build a high-performance culture

Manage vendors, partners, and service providers

6. Risk, Compliance & Governance

Ensure internal compliance and risk posture

Support audits, regulations, and certifications (ISO, SOC, NCA ECC, etc.)

Develop security policies, playbooks, and governance structure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

Bachelor's or Master's in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field

CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, ISO 27001 LA, or equivalent

Cloud security certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) a plus

MBA or business background is a strong advantage

Technical Knowledge

Must understand and have hands-on or leadership-level knowledge in:

SOC / SIEM / SOAR

Endpoint & email security

Identity & access management

Cloud & Zero Trust security

OT / IoT security

Data security / DLP

Red/Blue/Purple team operations

Incident response & forensics

Risk management & compliance frameworks
