Job Description

The Cybersecurity Presales Manager KSA is a client-facing technical leader responsible for driving cybersecurity solution strategy across the Saudi market.

This role works directly with sales leadership and enterprise customers to shape opportunities, define technical win strategies, and convert complex engagements into successful business outcomes.

The position requires strong system integration experience, the ability to influence executive stakeholders, and a commercial mindset aligned with revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical authority in client meetings alongside the sales team.
  • Engage directly with enterprise and government customers to understand business drivers and translate them into secure architecture strategies.
  • Define and lead technical win strategies for strategic opportunities.
  • Design integrated, multi-vendor cybersecurity solutions aligned with enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Support account managers in expanding existing accounts through value-driven technical engagement.
  • Lead workshops, executive briefings, and high-level solution discussions.
  • Align solutions with Saudi regulatory and compliance frameworks (NCA, SAMA, NDMO).
  • Collaborate with vendors to validate architectures and strengthen positioning.
  • Drive technical differentiation that directly contributes to closing deals.
  • Mentor presales engineers and elevate technical standards across the cybersecurity practice.

Required Experience & Profile
  • 812 years of cybersecurity experience within a system integrator or IT services provider.
  • Strong exposure to enterprise and government accounts in KSA.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles driving technical discussions that result in business wins.
  • Solid expertise across NGFW, Network Security, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, IAM, PAM, Cloud Security, Data Protection & DLP.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical architecture with commercial strategy.
  • Leadership presence and confidence in high-level stakeholder meetings.
  • Fluent in English.
