The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with a strong cybersecurity and GRC background to be part of our foundation team. This is a customer-facing role. You will own the product from requirement to delivery, present it to clients, run proofs of concept, and act as the face of Nexoar in the security community. You will also be our subject matter expert in the market.

What You'll Do

Product ownership and delivery

• Strategize and execute end to end product roadmap 
• Translate customer and market requirements into well-written specs for engineering and development teams
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering to go-live
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track timelines, risks and dependencies

Customer engagement

• Run cybersecurity product demos for clients and prospects, both online and in person
• Lead and support POCs and POVs, including at client locations
• Resolve customer issues and gather feedback to shape the roadmap

Go-to-market support

• Work closely with sales and marketing, and lead product discussions in deals
• Support pre-sales conversations with CISOs, CIOs, risk and compliance leaders

Thought leadership

• Represent Nexoar at cybersecurity events, conferences and round table discussions across our target regions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on security, compliance and AI in security

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on Cybersecurity experience with extensive exposure on GRC and security technology implementation 
• Working knowledge of compliance and risk management, frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST principles, US data privacy regulations (GDPR, and others relevant to our markets)
• Experience with AI or AI-enabled products
• Proven experience demonstrating technical products to enterprise clients
• Experience running POCs and managing customer delivery
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, marketing, engineering and clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with high ownership

Good to have

• Security certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
• Experience working with clients in North America, the Middle East or Europe
• Background in a cybersecurity product company, consulting firm or MSS
