Role Scope:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cybersecurity Sales Account Manager. The Cybersecurity Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts and generating new leads to increase sales. They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service. This role is located in Cairo, Egypt.

Role Responsibilities:

Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion

Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

Emphasize the features of the Cybersecurity products to highlight how they solve customer problems

Answer questions about the products

Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors

Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

strong network and established relationships with Vendors

Role Qualifications and Key Requirements :

. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

3 to 7 years of experience in ICT Sales, especially in System Integrator Companies and cybersecurity system solutions.

- Experience with the System Integrator Model is a must

. Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service experience.

. Proven track record in Lead Generation and Sales.

. Self-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer relationships.

- strong network and established relationships in the healthcare and Commercial market sectors
