Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivatedSales Executiveto drive growth in cybersecurity and data protection services across mid-market customers in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in enterprise technology sales, an understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, and proven success in developing and closing new business opportunities within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow mid-market clients in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Identify customer pain points and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions (advisory and managed services).
  • Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design solutions that address customer challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to negotiation, closure, and account expansion.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through disciplined CRM management.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and local cybersecurity compliance requirements.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience:37 years of field sales experience within IT or cybersecurity in the UAE market.
  • Industry Knowledge:Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance services (e.g., EDR, SIEM, DLP, cloud security, advisory consulting).
  • Sales Proficiency:Demonstrated success in B2B sales to mid-market clients ability to manage 360 sales cycles and complex accounts.
  • Communication:Strong presentation and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Adaptability:Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields (preferred).
  • Certifications (Preferred):Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or familiarity with security technologies is a plus.
