Role Overview
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist with mandatory cybersecurity experience, responsible for selling cybersecurity products and services to end customers. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT solutions, and will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer engagement across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Sell cybersecurity products and services to enterprise and government customers.
Identify new market opportunities and build local strategic alliances, partners, or channel ecosystems.
Develop go-to-market plans specific to GCC, Levant, and North Africa subregions.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to expand market share in the assigned territory
Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory landscape to adapt strategy accordingly.
Develop partnerships with local resellers, integrators, and technology partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and manage long-term partnerships.
Lead contract negotiations and support the development of solution architecture
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the value of the company's offerings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Oversee bid/tender management, proposals, pricing strategy, and deal negotiations.
Maintain up to date domain expertise in relevant technologies, market trends, and industry standards
Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT sales, with mandatory cybersecurity sales experience.
Proven experience selling security products & services to end customers.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, solutions and market trends.
Strong understanding of technologies such as EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM, SOC, NOC, and cloud computing
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, and NIST
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and engage with clients on-site
Key Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of regional dynamics, especially in the GCC.
Familiarity with sales CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), pipeline management, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Self-motivated with strong target orientation.
