Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The role will focus on building insightful dashboards, managing data efficiently, and supporting incentive calculation and processing through accurate analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to generate meaningful insights and business reports
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
- Perform advanced data analysis and automation using Advanced Excel and VBA
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data
- Support incentive calculation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, VBA, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with incentive calculation / incentive processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
