Our last-mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to make sure deliveries large and small get to where they need to be. As a Payments Specialist, you'll make sure we process and pay our partners accurately and on time. You'll build connections with the local stakeholders (finance, OTR, Tax, BC teams) and help put processes in place for timely and accurate delivery of information required for payment processing.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Payments Specialist, who will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to our partners.
Key functions for the role include:
Create and drive Payment processes to DSPs.
Develop relationship with stakeholders and define mechanisms for accurate and timely processing of payments.
Track payment accuracy and timeliness to secure business sustainability

A day in the life
You'll be based in the corporate office. Being in the corporate office allows you to stay close to every part of the payments and means you have access to the key teams that will drive payment inputs and approvals.
This role is all about processing payments and ensuring DSPs are paid accurately and on time.

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles last mile delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts.



Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Excel, including use of complex formulas and pivot tables to manipulate large datasets and interpret results

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SQL
