Role Overview:

We're looking for a curious and analytical thinker to join us as a Data Analyst Intern (Business Intelligence Path).

This role focuses on transforming raw and unstructured data into meaningful insights, structured taxonomies, and business narratives that support decision-making.

You will work closely with Founders to define how data is understood and used across the organisation. This is an unpaid internship.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Structuring & Taxonomy Building:

• Organise complex information into structured formats
• Develop classifications, categories, and tagging systems
• Build and refine internal taxonomies and data frameworks

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Analyse datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and patterns
• Support business problem-solving through data-driven insights
• Translate data into clear, actionable narratives

Reporting & Operations:

• Present findings in a clear and structured manner
• Support internal reporting and decision-making processes
• Contribute to research and consulting-style problem-solving

Requirements:

• Relevant degrees, certifications, or experience
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL for analysis
• Basic understanding of business KPIs (ROI, conversion, churn, etc.)
• Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
