Your Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Use Python and C# or other required technology to automate data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes, improving efficiency and accuracy
- Developing and writing algorithms for complex data analysis tasks and working with the team on the development of AI/ML features
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members and clients to understand business needs and design appropriate solutions
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements and translate them to the development and integration team to deliver solutions in an agile environment
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, endpoints, and databases
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Developing reports, dashboards, compelling visualizations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings and presenting these insights as recommendations to key stakeholders
- Guide the customer on how to optimize their software usage to get the best out of our products and provide technical support to customers, testing applications, maintenance and responding to customer feedback
- Providing support and demonstrations for the technical sales process, tendering and solutions based on customer requirements in cooperation with the development team
- Support for the creation of technical documents, such as user and operational documentation, data models as well as training documentation
- Responsible for all technical matters regarding the analysis and verification of application-related customer data
- Support solution and product, configuration, implementation, testing and documentation
- Be involved in all project phases; from design, configuration, workshops, and documentation, to test case definition and execution
Your Energy
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
- More than three years of professional experience, ideally with domain knowledge in the energy industry
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including business process models, data models, and functional specifications
- Good command of Microsoft SQL Server, programming skills in C#, ETL frameworks and software configuration
- Good command of SQL, data modeling, Python programming, and data analytics
- Demonstrated experience in managing large data sets and relational databases
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical support to customers as well as to develop good relationships with them
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project delivery and working with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
