A prestigious international luxury brand is seeking a commercially driven and analytical Data Analyst to join its regional team. This role will play a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into meaningful business insights across retail, merchandising, and client experience functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse sales, CRM, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership
Monitor and report on key retail KPIs including sell-through, conversion rate, ATV, UPT, footfall, and client retention
Partner with Retail, Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to optimise performance and drive revenue growth
Support forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning processes
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and continuous reporting improvements
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance commercial performance and client engagement.
Requirements:
35 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within luxury retail or premium consumer brands
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience working with CRM systems and large datasets
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field
