Conduct merchant-side analysis for the food delivery business, supporting frontline teams in business comprehension, marketing campaigns, product experience, merchant research, and strategy formulation to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Identify business needs and establish key metric systems for various scenarios including business performance analysis, operational monitoring, and team management. Build and maintain data dashboards, develop data products, and improve data accessibility and usability for both frontline and supporting teams.
Develop a deep understanding of the business, utilize data analysis tools and methods to uncover insights behind data, generate business observations, identify opportunities, address key business questions, and drive business optimization and iteration.
Perform in-depth thematic analysis on specific business issues, providing professional insights and data-driven input to support company operational decisions, product direction, and business strategies.
Collaborate closely with frontline, operations, product, algorithm, and technical teams to drive the implementation of strategies and take ownership of business outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles. Prior experience in leading internet companies or consulting firms is preferred.
Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Python and BI tools.
Strong logical thinking skills, ability to structure and deconstruct problems, with independent and critical thinking habits.
Solid command of common data analysis tools and strong foundational knowledge in mathematical statistics. Proven track record of driving business iteration and optimization through data analysis and delivering tangible results.
High sense of responsibility, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and strong team collaboration and project management abilities.
