The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. This is a hands-on role focused on reporting and tracking our core business metrics DAU, MRR, ARR, renewal rates, and more. You'll make sure the numbers are accurate, up-to-date, and easy for the team to use in decision-making. You'll also help answer ad-hoc data questions and maintain consistency across dashboards and reports.

This role is on-site only (no remote work).

Responsibilities

• Track, update, and maintain core company metrics (DAU, MRR, ARR, renewal rates, churn, etc.).
• Build and maintain clean dashboards and reports for internal use.
• Provide accurate, timely answers to ad-hoc data questions from different teams.
• Work with spreadsheets, SQL, and BI tools to extract and analyze data.
• Check for inconsistencies or anomalies in metrics and help troubleshoot data issues.
• Support the team in maintaining a single source of truth for all company numbers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and consistency you enjoy being the go-to person for accurate numbers.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Basic understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, DAU, ARR, etc.).
• Clear communication skills able to explain numbers in plain language.
• 13 years of experience in a data, reporting, or analyst role (preferred).
• Based in Riyadh and able to work full-time on-site.
