#Responsibilities:
1: Manage, support, and enhance internal digital applications and systems.
2: Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI or similar tools.
3: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (HR, Finance, Operations, ERP systems).
4: Translate business requirements into actionable insights, reports, and KPIs.
5: Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support forecasting and performance improvement initiatives.
6: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
7: Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancement, and process improvement.
8: Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data alignment and operational efficiency.
#Qualifications:
1: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2: 13 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Digital Applications support.
3: Strong experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SQL.
4: Experience working with databases, ERP, or HR systems.
5: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Arabic & English.
