About the role
We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn operational and business data into meaningful insights. You'll improve data quality, build reports and dashboards, and help teams make better decisions. The role spans data ingestion, modelling, analytics, and user enablement across multiple departments.
What you'll do
- Collect, clean, validate and transform data from multiple operational and production sources.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and automated data refresh cycles.
- Monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems.
- Maintain data dictionaries, metadata and integration documentation.
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards, KPIs and automated reports.
- Perform trend analysis and rootcause investigations to support planning and performance.
- Optimise data models and calculations for accuracy, performance and clarity.
- Support users with dashboard adoption, KPI interpretation and datarelated queries.
- Coordinate requirements, milestones and delivery with stakeholders and vendors.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- 24 years experience in data analysis, reporting and BI development.
- Strong SQL/MySQL skills, data modelling and transformation experience.
- Handson experience with pipelines, dataflows and automated ingestion.
- Familiarity with API integrations, ERP/CRM sources and flatfile ingestion.
- Experience in data cleansing, governance, quality checks and metadata management.
- Clear communication, stakeholder management and the ability to train and support users.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals or Azure Enterprise Data Analyst certification.
- Experience with Dataverse, connectors and APIbased integrations.
