About The Role:
We're looking for a Manager Analytics, someone who loves digging into data, finding patterns, and turning insights into real business impact. In this role, you'll work across key business areas like:
- Merchandising What's selling What's not How can we optimize stock
- Marketing & Loyalty What makes customers return How do we personalize offers
- Supply Chain & Operations How do we streamline logistics and reduce costs
- Pricing & Promotions How do we stay competitive and maximize margins
You'll work closely with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Heads of Marketing & Retail to tackle these big questions, bringing data-driven clarity to decision-making.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead analytics projects across retail and consumer goods, focusing on key areas like merchandising, marketing, loyalty, and supply chain.
- Drive the development and deployment of AI products and analytics strategies to deliver ROI-driven insights.
- Collaborate with senior leadership (CXOs) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Translate complex data into practical business solutions that optimize retail functions.
- Turn data into action extracting insights, creating models, and building reports that drive business growth.
- Manage projects, ensuring timely, high-quality, and impactful analytics delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, explore emerging analytics methodologies, and bring innovative solutions to Landmark Group.
What We Are Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics, preferably in Retail or Consumer Goods.
- Hands-on experience with AI products & program management (think automation, predictive analytics, and personalization).
- A solid understanding of analytical techniques Regression, Forecasting, Cluster Analysis, Market Basket Analysis, Decision Trees, and Optimization.
- Proficiency in Python & Azure we're all about tech-driven analytics.
- Experience with CRM tools like Braze, Bloomreach, or MoEngage is a big plus.
- Great communication & storytelling skills because data without a good story is just numbers!
- A master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA (Bonus points if you're from ISI/IIT).
- Open to occasional travel (up to 10%)
