The Opportunity

We are recruiting four exceptional Sales Engineers to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the data center sector. This is a role for strategic, relationship-driven professionals who understand the complexities of the data center industry and can navigate the Saudi market with confidence and expertise.

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the bridge between our technical capabilities and our customers business needs. You will identify high-value opportunities, build lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals that drive significant business impact. Your success will be measured not just by sales targets, but by the strength of the partnerships you build and the trust you establish with clients.

What You'll Do

Strategic Business Development and Lead Generation

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center ecosystem, focusing on key segments: data center hyperscalers and developers, telecom operators, government entities (NEOM, PIF, MODON, AWS, Google, Al-Fanar, DAMAC, HUMAIN, GDH, Khazna, DetaSat, NTIS, NIC, Pure DC, Tencent, Equinix, NCM, Dawiyat and similar), and Tier I and II contractors. Your ability to recognize market trends, anticipate customer needs, and position our solutions strategically will be essential to your success.

Sales Cycle Management and Deal Closure

You will manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospect identification through purchase order (PO) closure. You will prepare compelling proposals, conduct technical presentations, address client concerns, and navigate complex negotiations to secure new business. Your technical background in data center infrastructure will enable you to speak credibly with customers and differentiate our offerings.

Outdoor Customer Engagement

You will maintain a high level of outdoor customer engagementat least 80% of your timeensuring face-to-face interactions, site visits, and relationship building. In the Saudi market, personal relationships are paramount, and your presence in the field will be a critical success factor. You will attend industry events, conduct customer meetings, and be visible and accessible to prospects and clients.

Market Intelligence and Insights

You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Saudi market, including client preferences, competitive dynamics, regulatory requirements, and emerging opportunities. You will share market insights with the sales team and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Pipeline Management and Reporting

You will maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial contact through closure. You will generate comprehensive weekly and monthly pipeline reports for the Sales Manager, providing visibility into deal status, forecast accuracy, and progress toward the SAR 12 million sales target.

Technical Consultation and Solution Positioning

Leveraging your technical background in data center business, you will provide technical consultation to prospects, helping them understand how our design, construction, and operation services address their specific infrastructure challenges. You will collaborate with our technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.

Who You Are

Experience and Track Record

You bring 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the data center or critical infrastructure sector. More importantly, you have established relationships and documented sales achievements with data center hyper-scalers, developers, telecom operators, governmental authorities (NEOM, PIF, MODON, etc.), and Tier I and II contractors. Your network is your asset, and your ability to leverage existing relationships while building new ones is critical.

Technical Foundation

A strong technical background in the data center business is a major factor for success in this role. You understand data center infrastructure, including cooling systems, power distribution, security, automation, and operations. You are familiar with industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices. This technical depth allows you to engage credibly with customers and position our comprehensive EPC services effectively.

Market Expertise

You possess a deep understanding of the Saudi market, including client preferences, business mentality, regulatory landscape, and cultural nuances. You recognize that success in this region requires relationship-oriented selling, patience, and a commitment to long-term partnerships. You are adaptable and culturally sensitive.

Sales Excellence

You are a results-driven professional with a passion for closing deals and driving revenue growth. You are organized, disciplined, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. You thrive under pressure and are motivated by ambitious targets.

Communication and Relationship Building

You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. You can articulate complex technical concepts in business terms, build rapport with diverse stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational structures. You are a natural relationship builder who genuinely invests in client success.

Nationality Requirement

You must be a KSA citizen to be eligible for this position.

Language Proficiency

Excellent English proficiency is mandatory for this position. You will engage with international clients, prepare technical proposals, conduct presentations, and maintain professional correspondence in English. Your ability to communicate complex data center concepts clearly and persuasively in English is critical to your success. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage, enabling you to connect more effectively with local decision-makers and navigate the nuances of the Saudi business environment. Bilingual capabilities will enhance your credibility and effectiveness in the market.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation

An annual salary of SAR 156,000 - SAR 198,000 (all-inclusive), commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
