Data Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer with strong expertise in React Native, Expo, JavaScript, and

TypeScript to lead the development of secure, high-quality mobile applications. While primarily mobile-focused, the

ideal candidate is comfortable contributing to web development when needed and brings a solid understanding of

mobile architecture, security, and cross-platform best practices. This role requires someone who takes full ownership

of their work, operates independently, and collaborates effectively with business, product, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native and Expo, including the ability

to handle native modules, platform-specific changes, and device-level integrations when required.

Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions, actively participating in

stakeholder discussions.

Drive architectural decisions, enforce secure coding standards, and maintain clean, well-structured

codebases.

Build and maintain reusable components, ensure platform consistency, and deliver polished user experiences

across iOS and Android.

Apply a test-driven mindset, contributing to automated testing, QA workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

Support web initiatives when necessary by leveraging strong JavaScript and modern front-end framework

expertise.

Work independently, take full responsibility for assigned tasks, and ensure delivery without the need for

close supervision.

Mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and uphold engineering excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in mobile development with React Native, Expo, JavaScript, and

TypeScript.

Strong understanding of mobile architecture, security best practices, and performance optimization.

Experience with native modules, platform APIs, and troubleshooting OS-level issues on both iOS and

Android.

Proven ability to communicate clearly with business, design, and product teams.

Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and deliver high-quality solutions end-to-end.

Working knowledge of web development and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Optional but Desirable (AI-Focused Skills)

Experience building mobile interfaces for LLM/AI-driven products, streaming data, or chat-based

experiences.

Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenWebUI and integration with APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face,

or Anthropic.

Understanding of token streaming, prompt flows, or mobile constraints in AI-driven applications.
