Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Data Entry Administrative Operations Analyst to support our remote operations team. This role blends accurate data entry responsibilities with administrative coordination and operational analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of translating data into meaningful insights that support business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Information Management

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases.

Review and verify documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.

Ensure data integrity by identifying inconsistencies and resolving discrepancies.

Maintain structured electronic filing systems and organized digital records.

Safeguard confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

Administrative Operations Support

Coordinate workflow tracking and monitor processing timelines.

Prepare operational reports, summaries, and performance dashboards.

Assist with documentation of procedures and standard operating guidelines.

Provide administrative support to cross-functional departments.

Respond to internal inquiries regarding data status and operational metrics.

Operational Analysis

Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics.

Support forecasting, workload planning, and performance reporting.

Contribute data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.

Assist with audits and compliance reviews as needed.

Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

Conduct regular data accuracy audits and quality checks.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM, ERP, or database management systems.

Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
