Job Title: Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist (Remote)

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist to assist with data management, recordkeeping, and daily administrative operations in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data, supporting internal workflows, and ensuring documentation is properly processed and organized. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with virtual teams.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within company databases, CRM systems, and operational platforms.
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve data issues.
Maintain structured digital filing systems and organized electronic records.
Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
Provide general administrative support including document preparation, inbox management, scheduling assistance, and record tracking.
Assist with coordinating workflows to ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
Support internal audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate documentation.
Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
One to three years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, or Google Workspace tools.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or document management systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting operations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires self-discipline, accountability, and effective collaboration within a virtual team structure. Regular online meetings and performance evaluations will be conducted.
