Role Overview:

MINI AND MANY, a distinguished provider of luxurious, scratch-made delicacies with a European flair, is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to focus specifically on the accurate and timely processing of sales orders within our Odoo ERP system. This full-time, on-site role is critical to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity within our core operational platform.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate Sales Order Entry: Enter all sales order information into the Odoo ERP system with precision and speed, ensuring all required fields are accurately populated. This includes:
• Customer details (name, contact information, shipping address, billing address)
• Product selection (SKUs, quantities, pricing, discounts)
• Order dates, delivery dates, and shipping methods
• Payment terms and information
• Any special instructions or notes related to the order.
