Role Description
This is a full-time Data Entry Specialist position that requires working on-site at our facility in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems. Day-to-day tasks include verifying data accuracy, managing and organizing records, supporting various departments with administrative tasks, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of company information.
Qualifications
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience in administrative assistance and organizational tasks
- Customer service skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience in a data entry role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in relevant fields will be advantageous
