Job Title: GRN Administrator

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented GRN Administrator to manage and oversee the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process for our MEP construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation of materials received on-site and maintain proper coordination between procurement, warehouse, engineering, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify materials received against approved Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery notes
- Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the ERP system
- Ensure quantities, specifications, and material conditions match approved documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers and storekeepers for confirmation of deliveries
- Upload, manage, and maintain delivery documentation in Aconex or SharePoint
- Ensure proper document control and compliance with company procedures
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the relevant departments
- Support Accounts/Finance by ensuring GRNs align with supplier invoices
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for audit purposes
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in GRN processing, procurement, or warehouse operations within the MEPconstruction industry
- Experience using Aconex or SharePoint for document management
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and site procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and material tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
