Job Description

Job Title: GRN Administrator

Industry: MEP - Construction

Location: Dubai / RAK / Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented GRN Administrator to manage and oversee the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process for our MEP construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation of materials received on-site and maintain proper coordination between procurement, warehouse, engineering, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify materials received against approved Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery notes
  • Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the ERP system
  • Ensure quantities, specifications, and material conditions match approved documentation
  • Coordinate with site engineers and storekeepers for confirmation of deliveries
  • Upload, manage, and maintain delivery documentation in Aconex or SharePoint
  • Ensure proper document control and compliance with company procedures
  • Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the relevant departments
  • Support Accounts/Finance by ensuring GRNs align with supplier invoices
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for audit purposes

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in GRN processing, procurement, or warehouse operations within the MEPconstruction industry
  • Experience using Aconex or SharePoint for document management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and site procedures
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of inventory control and material tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
