For one of our clients, I'm looking for a Digital Sales – Data Integration & BI Architect to lead the design and implementation of a unified digital sales data and dashboard ecosystem. In this role, you'll integrate key business platforms (eCommerce, CRM, analytics, CX tools, pricing systems) into a scalable data model and deliver high-performance Power BI dashboards that drive business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the data architecture connecting eCommerce, CRM, analytics, CX, and pricing systems
- Build and manage data pipelines using APIs and ETL/ELT processes
- Define real-time vs batch data flows aligned with business needs
- Ensure secure handling of customer-level data and compliance requirements
- Build scalable data models at customer-level, funnel-level, and policy-level
- Establish a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) across all reporting
- Standardize data structures and naming conventions across systems
- Develop Power BI dashboards from scratch (datasets, measures, logic)
- Ensure dashboards are scalable, automated, and high-performing
- Enable drill-down capabilities across key segments (e.g., channel, customer type, funnel stage)
- Define and implement validation rules, monitoring, and governance frameworks
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across integrated sources
- Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate resolution with IT teams
- Performance Optimization & Maintenance
- Optimize dashboard speed and data refresh performance
- Drive ongoing enhancements and scalability of the data environment
- Maintain documentation for data architecture, pipelines, and data flows
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in Data Engineering / BI / Data Architecture
- Proven experience integrating multiple systems (CRM, analytics, CX tools, backend systems)
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI end-to-end development
- Experience with APIs and ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory or similar)
- Experience in digital business / eCommerce environments (preferred)
