The organization is seeking an accomplished coach with extensive global experience to deliver high-quality training programs in Data Management, Generative AI, and AI Ethics & Governance. This role involves engaging and upskilling learners across the spectrumfrom junior bankers to senior leadership and CXO-level executives.
Role Summary
The Coach will deliver instructor-led virtual training (VILT) and blended learning sessions, translating complex data and AI concepts into practical, business-relevant insights for the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, deep banking domain expertise, and a practical, conversational coaching style that resonates with diverse audiences.

- Provide coaching to learners at all organizational levels, including junior bankers, functional leaders, and C-suite executives.
- Clearly and confidently articulate complex technical concepts, including data architectures, AI models, governance frameworks, ETL processes, and large language models (LLMs).
- Integrate real-world banking use cases to demonstrate the practical application of data and AI principles.
- Facilitate interactive discussions, case studies, and role-based exercises using banking-specific terminology.
- Guide participants from problem identification through to data- and AI-driven solutions with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ensure all training aligns with the client's data, AI, and governance frameworks, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Data Management, Advanced Analytics, and AI within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong experience with enterprise data management frameworks, governance structures, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including managing AI models across their lifecycle and applying responsible AI practices.
- Deep understanding of key banking domains such as risk, compliance, operations, customer analytics, and digital transformation.
- Proven ability to engage senior executives and clearly communicate the business value of data and AI initiatives.
