Data Modeling and Testing Developer

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a skilled Data Modeling & Testing Developer to join one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Development of the Data Models for the Data Warehouse serving different Bank entities (Finance, Risk, Marketing, etc.)

• Effectively use Data Modeling Tools to create the Data Warehouse Models easily in alignment with the Data Integration Team

• Leading the process of Planning and leading the assessment, picking and implementation of different Tools.

• Effectively study new technologies to ensure that Data Strategy team is using cutting edge solutions and current tools are maintained and with the latest features.

• Ensure data is handled ethically and all processes are undertaken in compliance with company policy, internal controls, data protection legislation and relevant national / industry standards.

• Leading the process of Planning and Leading the Design, Analysis and Development of different Solutions to ensure that Bank is Data Driven.

• Handle Scoping, negotiations and implementation with Vendors for acquiring new Tools.

• Identify opportunities through which to deliver process efficiency / improvement and develop business proposals through which to communicate and deliver the change.

• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with senior internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external clients.

Requirements

• Teradata is preferred

• 3+ years of experience with DWH and 2+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Solution design.

• Strong knowledge and awareness of new technologies and tools.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, including the use of both statistical tools and technology for analysis.

• Sourcing, acessessing and manipulating data and engineering data processes.
