This position combines data processing with administrative support in a remote setting. You'll help keep records organized, support scheduling and communications, and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily data tasks: entry, cleanup, validation, and formatting
- Support admin workflows: inbox monitoring, basic responses, follow-ups
- Create and update trackers for requests, tasks, and progress metrics
- Prepare documents, reports, and structured summaries
- Coordinate with team members on task completion and deliverables
- Maintain organized digital folders and standardised naming conventions
Requirements
- Excellent organization and time management
- Strong written communication (professional and clear)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities remotely
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting operations, recruiting, customer support, or project teams
