- Clean and standardize data (names, dates, categories, IDs)
- Merge lists, remove duplicates, and maintain consistent formatting

- Coordinate admin tasks like confirmations, document requests, and follow-ups
- Follow SOPs and update notes when processes change
- Skills: Detail-focused, process-minded, steady pace with high accuracy.
Requirements
- Clean and standardize data-sets (dates, names, categories, IDs)
- Combine lists, remove duplicates, and ensure consistency
- Prepare short summaries for internal tracking and reporting
- Support admin tasks: confirmations, documentation requests, scheduling support
- Update SOP notes when process changes occur
- Strong spreadsheet skills (filters, data validation, basic formulas)
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication
- Able to prioritize and switch between task types
- Familiarity with CRMs or ticketing tools is a plus
