Job Description
- Develop and maintain data governance and protection frameworks aligned with UAE and UK laws
- Monitor compliance with retention rules, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Define data ownership roles, classification models, and decision-making structures
- Lead breach management and coordinate notifications with regulators
- Deliver training and awareness programmes across the organisation
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's preferred) in Law, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in data protection, privacy, compliance, or information security
- Expertise in UAE PDPL and UK GDPR frameworks
- Familiarity with ISO27701 and ISO27001 standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
