We are looking for a Data Scientist / Data Analyst with strong experience in banking analytics, credit/debit card analytics, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling to support data-driven business and customer strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, transaction, and portfolio data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Develop customer segmentation models based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
• Build and apply predictive models for customer behavior, retention, acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and propensity.
• Analyze credit card portfolio performance, customer spend, revenue, and profitability.
• Support campaign analytics and measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, revenue, and portfolio performance.
• Perform statistical analysis and translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Work closely with business, product, marketing, and risk stakeholders.
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
