We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong Python and software engineering skills to work on data-driven projects. The role requires a solid foundation in Machine Learning and Statistics, the ability to communicate effectively with client data scientists, and familiarity with basic banking concepts. Exposure to Generative AI is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy data-driven solutions using Python and ML techniques.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with client data scientists to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Apply statistical methods to validate models and results.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, including Generative AI trends, to enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong Python programming and software engineering background.
- Good grounding in Machine Learning and Statistics.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations (loans, deposits, debit/credit processes preferred).
- Some exposure to Generative AI is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with client teams.
