DCM Lawyer

An International Law Firm based in Dubai is looking to recruit a Debt Capital Markets Lawyer with 4-6yr PQE. The position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of very high quality and challenging matters, focusing on various types of DCM transactions.

You will be dealing with transactions in structuring and issue resolution and will enjoy working with colleagues in the large group and will have the desire and ability to work (where necessary) on a variety of other matters.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience of executing DCM transactions gained in private practice supported by an excellent academic record.
