Job Summary
Application Design Engineer with
3+ years of hands-on experience in
Honeywell DCS (Experion PKS or TDC 3000). You will assist in designing, configuring, and supporting control systems while learning and growing your expertise in process industry automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and configuring Honeywell DCS solutions, including control logic and HMI graphics
- Support system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting under supervision
- Participate in commissioning, FAT/SAT, and startup activities
- Develop and update control narratives, P&IDs, and alarm management strategies
- Collaborate with senior engineers, operations teams, and customers to implement solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Honeywell DCS systems
- Hands-on knowledge of Experion PKS or TDC 3000
- Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, or commissioning in process industries (oil & gas, chemicals, refining, or power)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow under mentorship
