Role Description

As a Dealers Sales Specialist at Miraco, you will be responsible for managing relationships with dealers to effectively promote and sell our air conditioning and refrigeration products. Key responsibilities include identifying potential dealers, building and maintaining professional relationships, negotiating contracts, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will analyze market trends and develop strategies to maximize sales and meet targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on building lasting business relationships.
• Must own a car
• Knowledge and experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry or a relevant technical sales domain.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with dealers and customers professionally.
• Competence in market research, analysis, and sales strategy development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools for data management and reporting.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in dealer management or a similar sales role is preferred.
