A supervisor in the Public relation & Debt Collection Sector is responsible for overseeing daily operations with all GOV. & PVT accounts and ensuring work is carried out efficiently. The role focuses on achieving operational goals related to debt recovery, improving team performance, and maintaining high service quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and monitor clients debt aging reports.
- Review collection reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate between departments to enhance efficiency and meet operational targets.
- Support, guide, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
- Handle complex cases and customer complaints, taking appropriate actions.
- Contribute to the development of operational plans and periodic performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the debt collection or financial services sector & public relations within MOH, MODA, NGH & NUPCO.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership skills & personality with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
- High analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and debt collection management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Especially when reviewing customer data or performance reports to ensure accuracy.
- Flexibility and Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations and make appropriate, timely decisions.
- Team Training and Development Skills: Ability to guide and professionally develop team members.
- Professional Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive reports for senior management to support decision-making.
