Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al-Daayen, Qatar, for a Payment Collector. The Payment Collector will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them of outstanding payments, following up to ensure the timely collection of due amounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and addressing payment-related inquiries. The role may also involve preparing financial reports and collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and improve collection processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with payment collection processes
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools
• Problem-solving abilities and the capability to work effectively under deadlines
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Previous experience in payment collection or similar financial roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
