Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Debt Collector - US Projects. The Debt Collector will be responsible for managing collections of overdue payments, communicating with customers to resolve outstanding balances, tracking payment commitments, and updating account information. The role involves reaching out to customers, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with inquiries. It requires proficiency in understanding financial systems and utilizing computer tools to support collection efforts efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, with the ability to handle overdue accounts and effectively recover payments.
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with customers and negotiating payment arrangements.
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the ability to use relevant software for managing records and documentation.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment in Cairo, Egypt, with a team-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with US-based financial practices are advantageous.

Experience in Sales or Customer Service

Fluent English speakers (spoken & written)

Graduates, Dropouts, or Gap Year candidates are welcome

Fixed shift: 4 PM 12:30AM

Fixed days off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary paid in USD Equivalent

Attractive commission structure (also in USD Equivalent )
